Update (07/25/11 @ 2:55 PM PST): Does your Interenet Explorer freeze when you click 1-Click Gifts? This thread might help.
We get two types of reports about 1-Click gift not working.
1. I don't see the 1-click gift button at all on my Game Request page
Make sure you click ONLY the Game Requests page. If still doesn't work, please click "Reload Toolbar" on the toolbar, or uninstall/install the toolbar.
Facebook might be experimenting and giving you a different layout for the Game Requests page. As of Aug 29th, 2011, the Game request page should look like this. If not, please Screenshare with us! We need to be able to see the layout in order to accomodate alternate layouts that we don't see ourselves.
2. I see the "accept all" button and it seems to work but nothing is in my giftbox.
Some of the games require another step such as "choose a friend to send gift" or "choose the item" after you click the link from the request page. We can only do 1 click so any game that requires such second action would not work. But you can still click them manually and accept them by clicking the link "didn't work? click here to accept manually"
For Farmville, if you are using Zynga's message center inside the Flash game, even if you accept items there, they might still show up on Facebook's request page. But if you click on the links on the request page, you've already accepted them inside Zynga's message center so you will not get them anymore. You need to keep track of which items you accepted inside Zynga's message center so you know which ones are duplicates on your request page.
