Pamela, go to your kitchen, and scroll down the list of recipes. You should see a recipe for "pile of cornmeal" or something like that. You will need corn and a flour sack from the mill. It takes 5 minutes to produce.
I was having the same problem as you! From the description, it looks like the mill makes the cornmeal, but that is not the case. The mill makes the flour sack, which is an "ingredient" used in the kitchen to make the corn meal.
