FARMVILLE DECIDES TO BE GRINCH ON HOILDAY GIFTS

YESTERDAY I POSTED A COPY OF AN E-MAIL CONVERSATION I HAVE BEEN HAVING WITH ZYNGA ABOUT THE 1500+ GIFTS THAT THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM MY FARM THIS IS THE REST OF THAT CONVERSATION

NO FREDY YOU APPARENTLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION ON THIS ISSUE IF YOU DID YOU WOULD HAVE FIXED THIS ISSUE INSTEAD OF COMING UP WITH EXCUSES AND DELAYS TO PUT THIS ISSUE OFF UNTIL IT WAS TO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, AT THIS POINT YOU HAVE SCREWED ME OUT OF MORE THAN 3000 SUPPOSED HOLIDAY "GIFTS". I WILL MAKE SURE TO POST A COPY OF THIS ENTIRE CONVERSATION ON EVERY GROUP WALL THAT I AM A MEMBER OF, I WILL POST IT ON THE MAIN FEED FOR ALL OF THE 4000 PLUS FACEBOOK FRIENDS THAT I HAVE TO SEE, AND I WILL POST IT IN EVERY FARMVILLE AND ZYNGA FORUM THAT I CAN FIND JUST TO SHOW EVERYONE OF YOUR PLAYERS THAT I CAN REACH JUST HOW YOU OPERATE. I SAID FROM THE BEGINNING OF THIS INCIDENT REPORT THAT YOU WERE JUST TRYING TO PUT THIS OFF WITH DELAYS AND EXCUSES SO YOU COULD EFFECTIVELY STEAL MORE THAN 3000 SUPPOSED HOLIDAY GIFTS FROM ME AND YOU HAVE DONE JUST THAT. I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER COLLECT ANOTHER ITEM FOR ANY PROMOTION THAT YOU PUT OUT SINCE IT IS OBVIOUS THAT YOUR INTENTION IS TO NOT MAKE GOOD ON THE PROMISES YOU MAKE WITH THOSE PROMOTIONS. APPARENTLY YOU THINK THAT BY SCREWING YOUR PLAYERS YOU'LL GET MORE BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT YOU NOW HAVE AT THE VERY LEAST 1 LESS.

ACCORDING TO THE HOLIDAY TREE THERE ARE STILL 5 HOURS TO OPEN THE GIFTS UNDER THE HOLIDAY TREE YET YOU WANT TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS DISCONTINUED ON THE 31ST. SO WHY DON'T YOU EXPLAIN TO ME WHY YOU WOULD LIE TO YOUR PLAYERS LIKE THAT AND SCREW THEM OUT OF THE GIFTS THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE? Hello Richard, This is Fredy. After the 31st of December, the Holiday Tree was discontinued. For that reason you're unable to open your Gifts at this point. I could send the 1500 you mentioned as going missing, but it wouldn't make any difference. Thank you for understanding and don't hesitate to get back to us if you need anything else. So basically what you are saying is that though you have already stolen over 1500 supposed HOLIDAY GIFTS from me and there are still close to 1600 HOLIDAY GIFTS under my HOLIDAY TREE that I am still unable to open and actually receive, that just like I have said from the beginning you plan to do nothing to solve the problem except make excuses and cause delays until it would be to late to open these gifts anyway, effectively screwing me out of over 3000 SUPPOSED HOLIDAY GIFTS. Well thanks for the gift and in this I can assure you that it is not the thought that counts.

THE MISSING ITEMS ARE MORE THAN 1500 GIFTS THE WERE UNDER MY HOLIDAY TREE THAT WERE NEVER SENT TO MY GIFTBOX, SINCE THE ITEMS WERE NEVER DISPLAYED AND NEVER SENT TO MY GIFTBOX ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS THE LIST CONSISTS OF 1500 HOLIDAY GIFTS THAT I TOOK THE TIME TO COLLECT AND YOU STOLE FROM MY ACCOUNT, HOW MUCH LONGER ARE YOU GOING TO DELAY REPLACING THESE GIFTS. Okay so you read this "Okay Sindy, my water and feed are both under 500, so are you going to add the gifts that were stolen form me back to my farm or do you have more excuses as to why they were stolen in the first place?" And could not comprehend that I had read the message and have reduced the number of "UNIQUE" water and feed in my giftbox to less than 500 so you have sent 2 more messages delaying having to replace the 1500+ items that you STOLE from me. Do I have that about right???

But remember that if even 1 unique items is over 500 this prevents other Gifts from going into you Gift Box.

OMFG I have checked the information regarding the giftbox. maybe you should check the incident report that points out that I lost MORE THAN 1500 GIFTS that I opened and did not receive even if I had seen the items to make a list of them since you can't read the 2 paragraphs of this incident report how do you plan to read a list more than 1500 items long. So just like I said another excuse to prolong this past the set time that we have to open our gifts. HOW MANY MORE ITEMS DO YOU PLAN TO STEAL FROM MY ACCOUNT?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

This is Sindy and I apologize for the delay in our response. I understand your concern about the Items you have opened and they are not in your Gift Box. Let me inform you that I was checking your Gift Box and actually let me inform you that it is true that you can have up to 5000 Items in your Gift Box but if you have more than 500 of 1 Item it will prevent you from receiving more Gifts. In this case I will recommend you to please clean up your Watering Cans, Animal Feed, to 500 in order for you to be able to receive your Gifts. Let me know when I can add your Gifts Thank you!

I just opened more than 1500 gifts from my tree and not one of them was sent to my giftbox, so how many more items are you gonna steal from us. you have already kept the sheep and pigs that I was forced to put into storage locked in that storage for more than six months now while you have done NOT ONE DAMN THING ABOUT IT, and now your stealing the presents that I collected and put under my holiday tree. HOW MUCH MORE ARE YOU GONNA STEAL BEFORE YOUR HAPPY????? ARE YOU JUST TRYING TO RUN YOUR PLAYERS OFF??????

I didn't realize there was a time limit on the christmas tree until about 10 minutes ago when I decided to start opening my gifts....I am not able to claim any and I don't even know how many I collected. I think it stinks. My first tree from a few years ago still has a gift in it and I am still able to open it if I wish. I feel your frustration!!!
