I have the same issue. I have people who signed up as neighbors but they are not on my bar. Is it because they never played a game at least once?

PULLEEEAAZZZEEE Can someone....
Explain why even though I have 72 neighbors on my game, but only 40 show up on my bar so I can send and recieve gifts with them. And when you can't post on some ones wall does that mean they no longer are playing the game. Thank you gamers for adding me to your lists.
