my castle should be level 4 as i have completed all the missions,, as i was completing the missions it never grew,, i still have a level 1 baby castle so mine doesn't work at all

I have to complete the mission where you click on the Majestic Castle and use the landmark bonus once.
I keep clicking on the castle and I click on activate and then???? I dont know what to do after that
