I unfriended someone on Zynga and the person is still my neighbor (I'm not friends with him on facebook). When I removed him I blurt out "I came, I saw, I kicked his @$$"
FarmVille 2 does not currently give us the ability to remove game neighbors. The only way to remove them is to unfriend them on Facebook.
