But I can't finish my hotel because when my friends respond to my help request it doesnt show up so I will never be able to complete that task...
Hotel help just doesn't show period, for whatever reason. That's why if you ever activate a person's help, and you find they click only one or two things then disappear- strong change the rest was hotel help.
