I had the same issue and also updated my Java which seems to have solved the issue.

I had a problem with having to download flash player everyday or not play. Someone suggested that I download Java ( I think either 6 or 7) and have not been asked to download flash player since and can play the game in 3D just fine....I'm not sure if this will help you. I'm not too computer literate so, someone else might be able to give you a better fix. But in case no one helps you....I thought I would mention it.
