It's Mother's Day! At least, it will be soon. It's also time for the Spring Bake Sale. So this week you will get ready for both. The new Bake Sale Table will help you with the Spring Bake Sale, while the accompanying Mother's Day quest will help you get ready for that other celebration.

There are 8 missions in this quest and IT IS A TIMED one. The expected end date is Tuesday, May 7.

See below for the requirements and rewards for the Mother's Day quest as well as building, and operating, the Bake Sale Table.

NOTE: Although the Mother's Day quest will end on May 7, the Bake Sale Table will remain active until Tuesday, May 14.

Top Comment of the Week!

Finally! To complete quest 5, you have to use your bee hive to fertilize something and then when it regenerates 18 hours later, you have to give it honey to replenish it! Then it will allow you to move on!

Hmm... end of the agony. I logged in this evening to complete the last of my 3rd Bake Sale (I wanted the one more sign - that apparently NO ONE reads!) ANYWAY... it's expired!

Alan, where's the info on the newest quest about the stupid boring who really cares about them Buffalo/Bison and building yet another holding area for the animal when it takes a ridiculous amount of coins and xp to get to the higher levels in order to get the land expansions?!?...I have 7.7 million coins and 20 of each item requested for the newest land expansions and most likely could craft 15,18 or 20 of whatever within 24 hours and purchase the land but getting to level 50, 55 and/or 60 is going to take another month without doing some form of hacking a farm or exposing a glitch for A WHOLE LOT of xp!!

Picture?type=square

I have posted this in the Zynga forum. But I am not seeing where they are helping me. Ever since I extended my farm. The one where it takes 300,000 coins. I am not receiving gifts from friends. Can this be fixed? Is it a glich? Is anyone else having this problem? Please Help!!! Bewildered........... Can not finish quests without friends sending gifts!!!

I just sold my bake sale table. Ugh. 2 days left and I still had 2 bake sales to hold. Wish I would have never started those. What a waste.....

Picture?type=square

Absolutelly totally exactly as Francois Cote (May 02) said!!! It's a waste of my energy, asking items, water, fertilizer....etc. And for what? For broth................????!!!! Which I can craft easily on my own!!! I thought the bake sales were at least for getting baby bottles or better to get some machines on their production. I'm not going to continue in this quest anymore and I regret that I have ever started.

@Laurianne Sorenson-Mathews - Only Zynga Supoport can tell you that.

Picture?type=square

I got Bake Sale & Rabbit Warren quests but not the Mothers Day, can anyone tell me why? Thank you

Picture?type=square

This bake sale sucks big time ! Keep asking the same stuff over and over ! The numberof flask needed is ridiculous ! Is this a joke ? The worst so far ! Bought 3 tables and can't finish one ! too difficult, too boring.

Picture?type=square

this bake sale SUCKS ..

Picture?type=square

I'm at the last sale, but I give up. I would need 48 olives, 12 flasks, 18 beads, 90 wools27 horseshoes, 18 fine rabbit wool, 45 sugars, harvest 72 figs and 72 wheats. So I would be giving up 54650 coins and 769 XP for4 starwberries 3 or four broth, a few sugar, and maybe some more broth? I'm already mad about myself for getting so far on this bake sale, I won't do the last one. When you add up to 8 quests, the rabbits holes, the honey combs quest, spring rain and the county fair seems to be a bit complex. Maybe we need a break from all those extras missions...

Picture?type=square

I so hate this quest....eff flasks.

Picture?type=square

with the exception of asking friends for beads, is there another way to get them? I'm only a level 22

Picture?type=square

I never say squat....but I've got to say....this bake sale quest sucks! Bajillion flasks.....yikes. Zynga...get a grip. Particularly because they can't solve my issue with not being able to add community neighbors, even though I'm way under the limit.....

Picture?type=square

It is a pretty silly quest. I figure even a quest that I don't like that much helps break up the novelty of the game, which on its own can be a little dull as is, so that's really why I do them.

Picture?type=square

I will probably not do another round of the table, when I think of the coins I could have gotten for selling the items and not using the items for the sale! All I keep getting is a bunch of broth and a few berries :( . Especially when i was trying to save for the next expansion, lesson learned.

The new land releases an extra trough = another five animals. Dont give up. Re-evaluate the way you play the game. FV2 is about xp and water. trees do not equal xp and water. only crop do. You have to start thinking about your level and what crops give you the best xp PLUS the best coins.

Dont get sucked into everybody (including my) game. You play the game the way you want. to. If it is about coins then do the math, if it is about xp then look at what is available to you.

DONT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF.

The quests, the grocer, the tables - that is all small stuff.

It is fun, it is a side line, it is not the big thing.

So decide what is your BIG THING and play the game according to that.

Not what the other posters tell you and not what Zynga tries to tell you.

FV2 is about as Zen as I can get.

I am at level 46 and all of the number of bake items are true for me. I am on the 4th bake sale and will not be completing anymore. Like everyone else has stated, too much for too little. If they don't come up with something to add more animals, I will not be playing much longer. I have six baby animals in inventory, but no where to put them. I only keep a couple of prized rabbits and the rest of my prized animals go into inventory. Even if I wanted to spend farmbuck on animals I no where to put them. I have only two more plots of land to purchase and when you do, it still doesn't give you more animals. With the groves, I have stopped harvesting my trees, only when I need to, a grove of pine is 20 waters. Maybe Zygna wants us to get bored and disgusted. Seems its working on me.

Picture?type=square

It would appear that Zynga releases very craft-intensive "table" quests when they release new levels/land. I was not playing when the feast table came out in November but the Florist table was released more or less at the same time as levels 41-60 with the back land. I would imagine they do it to slow people down although it does not stop the cheaters.

Speaking of cheaters, can anyone tell me what is the point of cheating and getting the new 20 levels and four pieces of land in two or three days and then sitting complaining for the next three months because the game is boring?
