Map

Sheep Nurseries give you the ability to raise Baby Sheep into Trained Adult Sheep.

When you reach Level ?? in the game, the Sheep Nursery will become available. It can be found in the Buildings section of the General Store and is free to buy, though additional ones may cost you FV2 Coins or FV2 Bucks.

If you are not interested in building or using the Sheep Nursery, hit the "Cancel" button instead of placing it on your farm. Once the Sheep Nursery has been placed on your farm, it cannot be stored until it has been completely built. In addition, it cannot be stored if a Baby Sheep is in it. The Sheep Nursery cannot be sold.

When completed, you can buy a Baby Sheep to place in the Sheep Nursery. From there, you can train the sheep in one of three specialties: Fertilizer Bonus, Appetite Bonus, or Wool Bonus. For the Fertilizer and Wool Bonus, your Sheep will produce two extra of the item. For the Appetite Bonus, the amount of time between feedings will be cut in half. You will also be able to pick a personality for your sheep that will affect how it will act once it grows into an adult.

Yep, manx sheep gives extra brown wool. :-)

Yes I know... but this isn't real life.... lol. Ah well I'll just train my brown one for fertilizer for now. Maybe I'll do the next one in there for wool. :)

@Sharon Gayle - Until someone actually places the Manx in the Sheep Nursery and trains it for extra wool so that we know for sure, I think you have to assume that the extra wool it gives will be brown. After all, if a sheep in real life starting growing their wool faster, they wouldn't suddenly grow it brown one time and white the next time.

Question. Does anyone know if I put the free Manx (I think that's what it's called) in the nursery and train it for extra wool - will the extra wool be white... or brown? (note the brown is pretty much worthless - I wish you could use it like white.)

Due to all the quests requiring us to make things out of wool - I ran out. At one time I had hundreads of wool pieces so I was shocked when it happened. Honestly -I think the rabbits give more wool! I mean I didn't realize most of the basic sheep give 1-2 only. And I thought they reset in 4 hours not 8. (Did Z make changes?)

I just won another free of the brown sheep and want to use it in the nursery, but I REALLY REALLY need extra wool - so this is why I'm asking the question of what color will the extra wool be for this sheep. :) Thanks.

@Judith Resodimedjo-Singoredjo - Just a friendly reminder that this is Gamers Unite! We are not Zynga. We cannot fix anything Zynga has messed up.

Picture?type=square

I cannot log in to Zynga, it tells me "incorrect email or password", but both email and password are correct, Zynga what happened?

Picture?type=square

@Candy Clark-Bisby - That's all there is. Once you've gotten the fences and crop packet, there's nothing else specific to do.

Picture?type=square

I have all my fences, the crop packet, now what? Is that all? I did raise 3 sheep, not all different, didn't want rebellion on farm. LOL So is there anything else or do we only get 3 sets of fences? Yes the water day was awesome, and the baby goat too. Finally a day everything got watered, only not enough fertilizer to go around, but still great.

@Stijn Den Tandt - There seems to be a small dent in the brick wall now. Not sure why. :)

@Angie Funk - I don't get the pleasure of skipping pointless things like the Sheep Nursery. So not fair! :(

@Martha Holthouse - Once you have the Sheep Nursery fully built, you should be able to store it in your Inventory.

Picture?type=square

I too am skipping this one. I was bored to tears with the goat and rabbit quest. Come on Zynga how about some fresh ideas!

Picture?type=square

I will be passing on this. Raising animals is the worst quest ever and the least rewarding.

Picture?type=square

lol alan that why I pass this quest

Picture?type=square

everything ok with the wall Alan? :)

AAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

*bangs head into brick wall*

I did all these stupid trainings and FORGOT TO SCREENSHOT THE REBELLIOUS TRAINING!

*bangs head into brick wall**bangs head into brick wall*

Now I have to raise a fourth Baby Sheep through the Sheep Nursery so I can collect the one I missed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Alan for the heads up. These 'training' quests are my least favorite aspect of the game and once I complete the quest i don't continue. It's nice to be prepared though.
