Really, this is a bit ridiculous. More than six going at once, it takes the fun out of the game when you think you are doomed to fail.

Aloha... All those multiply quests are probably for those who can afford the extra time and/or money to do them. Got to keep the top guys and deep pockets happy, right? I cant afford to shell out the moolah (money) so like a ducky I paddle like crazy to keep up with the Jones and Smiths (lol). Once I got the (10) favors prize I am so out of there and move on to the next one already. Good luck to you and everyone working so hard on their quests!!!

Hi, I don't know how "energy" is obtained so the family can do teaching tasks! What am i missing? thanks

Picture?type=square

Not only is it difficult to get the bonuses in most of the quests but now I'm losing all my neighbors because they are quitting due to the impossible quests.

Picture?type=square

It's easy. Stop doing all the quests. Only a few of them actually matter. Why do I need to do the baby bottle quest each week..? It's a game, don't stress about it.

Picture?type=square

the cave quest needs too many things, its taken me a month to be able to make all the sifters....and i still need like 20 silver pocket watches! its insane

I pick and choose which I do. The weekly ones (top left on the farm) get ignored, any that only offer a sign are ignored. Pretty much only do those which offer a new animal, grocer orders and prized storage buildings. Slowly getting through sweetheart jobs but gave up on doing them in a week for the bonus bits.

Sometimes I managed to do the tasks within the time given to collect bonus but the other times I don't. And I don't care. It would be nice to collect the bonus but what can I do? I have no money to spend on the game.
I agree with those of you who say that we need to collect too many items to make the task done, e.g. horseshoes, and then, there are more than one quest at the time requiring the horseshoes. Impossible to collect unless you play round the clock sort of speak! But, it is only a game. We love to play it.
I discovered this site just a while ago and I am delighted. I love to share my items with other players and collect what I need more quickly. The players I have as my farm help either play rarely or not at all! It took me ages to get what I need. It would be nice if Zynga could allow us to trade some of our coins for farm bucks.

Right there with this group, maybe if enough of us complain they'll fix the 6 wells screw-up and put us into next Babs quest..... cause even that one you CAN'T fix by spending REAL MONEY on.......also if I'm the first person to click on a item I should be getting it ... not the game saying sorry other farmers beat you to it....

What do we do about Barbara's quest task of harvesting six wells? I have six wells-- but they're in a water tower and harvesting it doesn't fulfill the task. I can't buy a well until a hit a level 100, and even then I doubt they'd let me buy six.

Picture?type=square

i totally agree with you, some has to be completed to progress.
you can get about 180 favors in a week including the 100 bonus, only picking orders that give 3+ favors and checking every day on here and doing quests.
water tower also cost 300 favors but was worth it, and you need atleast 1 groove of each lvl to complete some quests,

and yes, more quest depend on sweetie and child, also last 2 weeks ive needed more glass, bottles, salt and sugar wich is a pain, but its a game, when it stops being fun ill switch to some other game.

Picture?type=square

You are very lucky, in the last 6 levels, I haven't had a quest; other than the quest like worms or autumn that everyone is getting. My hubby's quest are done as are my child's, so other than the order board, i am just watching my plants grow.

Picture?type=square

You have to be careful which ones you leave out though .If you ignore the teaching tasks there will come a time you won't be able to finish any quests because 'make your child ' or 'make your sweetie' do various tasks is becoming an increasing theme in the quests. Also I didn't get any troughs as thought 220 favors was a bit much and prefered to get fields and groves but now tasks for the child required you to have a trough. So if you don't have troughs you can't complete the tasks and without the tasks you can't complete the quests. A vicious circle!

in any game there is things to complain about,, things that doesnt work right butsome people are just never happy.
yes reducing the hubby energy to 1/23 hours was a cheap shot at making money selling energy i agree with that and i wish they changed it back.

but complaining that you have too much content is stupid, you dont have to do them, all, your lvling is not dependent on completing quests like wedding, election, pig nursery etc so just pick one or two that you like and skip the rest.

being a mmorpg player i feel there can never be too much optional content only too much required content.

if they didnt add so many quests people would complain about that instead. as far as horseshoes goes yes its unbalanced, 10 horse shoes to make 1 metal plate is naff, especially since so many are needed for quests and 6 needed for a gold chain is also unbalanced.
but baby black arabian takes only 6 bottles to raise, you can easely get 12 bottles aday from this site so 2 horses aday, when super fed they give 6 horse shoes and 12 fertilizer, you can easely get 10 super feed per day. so that solves the problem of metal and fertilizers in a simple solution.

the game is free, gives no real life benefit apart from being fun so do only what is fun and skip rest is my advice.

also want to say thank you to gamers unite, you and all the awsome farmers on here who has made the game much more fun for me, ya'll rock.

I am/have been able to complete all the challenges with ample time left. The horseshoe task was the hardest, had to make a lot of speed feed and ask neighbors to feed the horses to complete. I do not spend money to complete tasks so it is all just hard work. Each game I play seems to overwhelm you at times and I do believe it is to entice you to spend money. I just do what I can and sit back and enjoy it as that is why you play games to begin with.

Picture?type=square

still can't generate enough horseshoes to complete the Teaching quests...

Picture?type=square

yeah its too difficult to fulfil these task

Picture?type=square

I have blocked Farmville as of today, as I cannot keep up with all the stupid quests.

Picture?type=square

I'm getting sick and tired of all the quests - that is why I quit playing Farm Town.

Picture?type=square

Now we're getting worms when we harvest for some task or another. I don't know because I didn't bother placing the stupid tree. I assume it's an animal of some sort. Whatever it is, it's an annoyance because I don't get nearly as many prized crops when ladybugs, worms, flies, whatever is needed for the current task start showing up every time I harvest. I'll be lucky to squeak by and keep my legendary status for the next nine days this thing's going on.

Picture?type=square

Whoever is designing the quests is obviously not very math savvy and/or doesn't give an owls hoot of having a clue to keep the game fun. Every baby care quest requests for items made atm are continually requiring 100's of horseshoes, so unless you use up copious amounts of speed feed thus replacing horses at a ridiculous rate and thus requiring 10's of hundreds of baby bottles -> it's become unachievable!!! No thought or imagination is going into designing fun and interesting challenges with a realistic balance of using materials. Very disappointing with no drive or motivation to keep playing the game. Players are being treated as idiotic cash cows atm!!!
