To the people who think it's the Snag Bar or even being a member of Gamers Unite that has locked them out of Farmville: This is NOT true.
UPDATE- As of Friday June 11th there is still no announcement about the issue regarding players not being able to load their farm. I took another look at the Zynga Farmville forums and now they have over 60 pages(not posts,pages!)of reports.From reading the latest posts from users on there, some are saying the bug is caused by pending neighbor requests.
The following is a post quoted from a user on Zynga forums that may help with some of you:

The part that makes it work is the adding of a new neighbor not the removing. I removed my husband as a neighbor. Then I added him as a neighbor. This sent a request to him to be my neighbor. As soon as he accepted the request, I could then load my farm. I could not get on until he accepted my request to be a neighbor."
I am currently having this same problem, although I am not able to access the neighbors tab. The screen goes white like it's loading but never does anything. I have had a neighbor delete me from their list twice now, readd me both times and it still hasn't worked. Does anyone have any ideas?
Just restarting my browser often helps - it also unsticks the Snag Bar if it says "Offline" - which is usually caused by me transferring from home to office computer (can't miss them Miner Sheep mid day ya know) or the reverse without signing off ...
ONE DAY THE GAME LETS ME PLAY, THEN THE NEXT FEW DAYS IT WON'T EVEN LOAD, CAN'T WORK MY FARM, VISIT, GET MY GIFT OR ANYTHING PLEASE HELP IT GETS TO BE UPSETTING, MAKES ME NOT EVEN WANT TO PLAY FV ANY MORE
I have been having major problems with loading and then the game freezing, I can't switch my browser because the toolbars won't install on them. So frustrating. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon, It is taking me twice as long to do anything.
im betting that most people ahving this issue are on IE. ...IE is having major issues w facebook this last week. i had the issue, then switched to flock. not a problem since then. switch yer browser. may help may not.
I have tried to cancel pending neighbor requests and they are still there. I cannot get on Farmville. I will try to remove any new neighbors and ask them to add me as a neighbor.
yes this really does work. i cancelled a neighbor and then re added him and it was accepted and my farm loads again. whoever figured this out is genious!
Thanks so much Viet Tran it really did work. I have not been able to play for 3 days now. My crops were all withered and my dogs ran away. Wish I would have seen this earlier, but thank you.
it's really work...I remove my daughter then I added her back... and when I load my farm there she was... I still cant' believe it .... thanks, thanks to person who solve this mystery .....
@Ana Soto Tame - When at the loading screen for Farmville there are 6 tabs at the top of the screen and one of them reads "My Neighbors" click on that and you will get a page listing your pending neighbor requests and all your current added neighbors.
@Michelle Krakowski Weafer - I think the way the original person did it was they deleted a neighbor they already had and then readded them.
I have 3 pending requests that won't cancel. Now what? I'm really getting disgusted with all the gliches.

<p>FV will not load, stops on the page regarding the new themes. I;ve tried going thru my neighbors and I get the same results, Always stop at the introduction of new themes..Help I have crops to harvest.</p>
