my snag bar disappeared and now i cant reload it it keeps saying attempted to load extension this is really irritating, but it will let me have one click gifts

I was having difficulty using the snag bar. It would give me the dialoug box that says if it doesnt ceonnect within a min to refresh page. So i refreshed the page and when I went back the snag toolbar was gone and now when I try to download it again it gets almost there and then says that there is an error while unpacking archives. Please if anyone knows a fix or workaround for this please send me a message to my Facebook profile. I love my snagbar and want it back!!!!
