I like the snag bar it has helped in many ways, and as for ALL the friends I have lost Oh well Its there loss!!
been trying forever and still no queen...got alot of the honey bees...tryed everything planting going to others farms...something is really wrong that i have not seen them any place 80(
i have been planting flowersw for weeks and still no queen bee...r they even releasing them anymore? where do i write or how do i write farmville to find out...
Can any one tell me how do you tend to your beehive on farmville? I keep loosing my bees even though I planted flowers.
Queen Bee - How to get !!
I got mine the 1st day they were released...with a little hard work. I tried harvesting my crops; did not get one. I then proceeded to visit my neighbors farms and fertilize their crops. somewhere around the 40th farm I recieved a queen. Since I have recieved 2 queens via the snag bar, Good old fashioned hard work is still the best way :)
So what happens now when you get polinated sdeeds? I got some from the snag bar and it says they are in the Farmer Place but I don't see anything different. Also those flowers are for levels higher than mine. Help.
I've got 100 honey-bee's but not one queen bee... :(

how do you get a queen bee? i've harvested the flower with the bee on it and null. can't even snag a queen with the snag bar, grrrrrrrrrrr please help ;-/
i planted morning glory and got queen when harvested. i got it when my stall became to full to accept more bushels. I also snagged 3 after
Have finished Hive plenty of bees but no Queen. Went to fertilize all my Neighbors tonight and only 2 Neighbors had flowers planted!!! I still have no Queen Bee! I have all White Roses planted to harvest tomorrow, hope I get my Queen Bee or I may just sell that damn Hive!!!
1.The beehive can hold up to 200 bees not 100
2.There are no honey drops..
3. It harvests for 600 coins when full with no exp given
4. they can pollinate your crops for better chances of bushels
5. You can build more than one, if you buy one build it, then place the one in your giftbox, but they harvest together and you still only get 600 coins, ie the second hive only takes up more space with no more bees, or queen bees that can be placed in it, so you only get a decoration..
6. as long as you keep harvesting your bees, they dont fly away, im unsure if your neighbours can take them or not, but you dont need to keep flowers planted for them to stay.
Update: You can harvest the 2 seperately now so you can get 1200 coins.
I have extra queen bees but have no idea how to gift them...if someone can tell me how, i'll gladly share.
I have 200 bee's and it keeps telling me I have to finish building! hive already finished, contains 200 bee's DOH! why can't I put more in or buy another hive ?
A lot of errors here and no information about an interesting bug. I have not lost any bees without planting any flowers and they give honey every 2 days. A beehive is available for free in your gift box. I accumulated 200 bees and then built a second beehive, but FarmVille didn't Beehive itself. When the second beehive was finished, it automatically had 200 bees and a queen bee in it and likewise produces honey. It is a fact.

Bee Hive
One can buy a beehive which will store up to 100 bees. One beehive takes the space equivalent of one plot. One beehive costs 10000 coins and gives you 10 XP on buying. One can sell a beehive for 1000 coins.Bee Hives are buildings :P
Bees
One can buy or gift bees in batches of 5. The cost of 5 bees is 500 coins and buying/gifting them gives no XP. Selling bees in batches of 5 earns only 50 coins. Bees need flowers to survive. Absence of flowers on one’s own farm for 2 consecutive days reduces the number of bees owned.
Absence of flowers on one’s own farm will reduce the number of bees in two ways.
1. Being adopted on neighbors farm 20 at a time. When a neighbor visits your farm and your bees are up for adoption [due to no flowers being planted for more than 2 days]. The neighbor can adopt 20 bees with every visit [which is once in a one day cycle]
2. If your bees are not adopted by your neighbors then they will die
*Bees cannot be put up for adoption. The only way to get rid of them quicker is to sell them at 50 coins per batch of 5 bees
Harvesting
One beehive will be ready for harvest when 10,000 honey drops are collected. Harvesting one Beehive will give 10,000 coins and 5 XP
There are two methods of profiting from bees. Honey drops can be collected from only flowers that are ready for harvest.
1) From Neighbors Farm: One must have neighbors who are growing flowers. Neighbor’s farm needs to be visited to collect honey drops. From neighbors farms each bee can collect 10 honey drops irrespective of type of flowers on the neighbor’s farm. This can be done in the same manner as fertilizing plots. One will be able to collect honey drops from any one neighbor only once in a one day cycle time period [23 hours??] quite like helping / fertilizing a neighbor’s farm.
2) From Own Farm: One must have flowers planted in plots on one’s own farm for the bees tosurvive. Different Flowers yield different number of honey drops for own farm.
