It doesn't work for crops that are exclusive to a certain farm (I.e. winter wonderland's glacial roses, iced rice, etc.). You can't plant those crops on any other farm except your winter wonderland farm, even with a license because it's not in the market while your on the other farms.
Here's a tip; Even with the license to plant Posole Corn you need to master Normal Corn, to plant Purple Pod Peas you need to master normal peas and to plant White Roses you need to master Pink Roses. I learned this the hard way by using a posole corn bushel then being unable to plant it.. :(
I found out about this a few days ago just through trying it out.
Thank you for the tip!!! It worked w/ Clovers!! I tried w/ white roses first but it didnt work, apparently you still have to master the pink roses. Thanx again so much!
@janet purple pod pes is loss if u compare to normal peas................... both yields 3 xp but coins r less
Great!!! Thanks!!! I had 'heard' in the beginning of the market stall that we'd have access to seeds we hadn't leveled up to get yet, but never heard anything else about it! THIS IS GREAT!! I'm gonna try it next time!!!! :D

Go to your market stall and go to a neighbors stall BY CHOOSING "GET BUSHELS" and pick out a bushel that is something you can't grow yet because you aren't leveled up enough yet, or grab a bushel of something that you know you don't have yet from the game feed like the Forget Me Nots..
Make sure you have plenty of empty plots already plowed and a few extra bucks to buy the expensive seeds... I used it with over 200,000 coins and managed to seed quite a bit of Forget me nots at 795 each plot..
Then go to "My Bushels" inside the market screen.
Search through the bushels of different crops until you get to the one you want, then Click on "USE".
You will get a special window above your tools, that shows a picture of what you are about to plant, this is your special license to plant the seeds.
Click on the Seeder, and then go to the market and buy the seeds, and plant them as usual. Don't forget to take note of how many hours it takes to grow them... so you can come back and harvest them.. and while you are harvesting them, you get your bushels for your farmers market and you get bunches for your garden shed.. AND THE COINS ADD UP QUICK ALSO :)
