I found an excellent tool to improve the game "CityVille", which allow you to have an energy and set up an unlimited number of Simoleon and SimCash. I tested it yesterday and everything worked perfectly. All I found on this page:

There is a FACEBOOK PAGE called CITYVILLE ADD NEIGHBORS (there are like ten of those pages) and all you have to do is click "Like" and then you have access to ALL THE OTHER CITYVILLE PLAYERS who like that fan page. You can then FRIEND them on Facebook SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PLAYING CITYVILLE. This is a very fast way to get TONS of neighbors. There are very experienced players (including myself, I am now level 82 thanks to my three hundred neighbors)...Either friend the people from the fan page or publis a wall posting that goes something like "Add me. Level (insert level). I play everyday, like getting energy, etc......You can specify to people what kind of neighbors u want. Its a FAIL PROOF system that will GUARANTEE you advancement in Cityville....You will never have to spend a dime, you will be able to build everything fast, always have energy thanks to gifts and the option of asking individual people to send you plus 3 energy... Pass the message on!
uhm i opened charles, but i cant c anything all it says is 'sequence" and its empty... please help ;c

it works..BUT just for a second and my CASH fade away.. =( i kept on trying but it always happens d'same..maybe facebook already knows about dis cheat..when d cheat runs and my cityville's running for it, loses connection so it'll refresh whether u like it or not, then my cheat all gone my cash's gone too..
As all said, there isn't a "http://fb-client-0.cityville.zynga.com" only a "http://fb-client-1.cityville.zynga.com"... Shame
I CANT GET TO WORK. found all to amount. chnged it and never worked. am i missing something. accually http://fb-client-0.cityville.zynga.com doesnt have flash services but http://fb-client-2.cityville.zynga.com does.

Well, this cash allows you to COMPLETE your buildings without having to send friends' requests. The cash will not be saved but the building will be saved when completed. Community buildings to increase population cap will all require this cash cheat, so as it works, as shown in my video. You CANNOT purchase cash buildings as there will be an error. Only works for community
1 Open Charles
2 Enter CityVille [ play now ]
3 Go to Charles first and find the line "http://fb-client-0.cityville.zynga.com"
4 Expand it and you will see 'flashservices/'
5 Expand and you will see a lot of gateway.php(FlashService...)
6 Right click any of the gateway.php and select "Breakpoints"
7 Now, reload CityVille.
8 A Breakpoint tab will appear in Charles.
9 Press EXECUTE once.
10 Another breakpoint will appear with an Edit Request tab
11 Click on EDIT REQUEST > AMF
12 Expand everything till you can see your own profile with the number of coins and cash that you have. (watch video to understand this step better)
13 Change the cash value to 100
14 Go back to your session tab and remove the breakpoint.
15 Go back to the breakpoint tab and Click Execute
16 The game will now load and you should see your new cash. Spend them on the community buildings now as they will disappear.
