Do not panic!  Yes it is upsetting.. Especially when you have been saving it for 6 months or it took you all week or  100 hours to get all the stuff you lost… or even if it is one thing… (I know I was upset this week when I lost my one and only Chocolate Heart Tree… and there was none in the market to buy another because it had expired… I sent a complaint off to Zynga and they sent me back Two Chocolate Heart Trees. So do not loose faith.

There is always going to be glitches in any gaming system when they come out with new things… or lets say they are doing a maintenance check or the system went down... "Out of Sync" issues… (OOS) To be honest.. when you get the "Out of Sync" issue on your Farm it will more than likely mean that what ever you were doing on your farm has not been saved.

That is why you are missing stuff… Cash - Items - Animals… Or if your gift card did not give you any FV Dollars (Billing Support by phone at 1-800-762-2530. ).  Make sure you keep the receipt like they suggest at the store in case there are any glitches when using it. Note: The store will not give you back your money and will tell you to contact Zynga.  So if a glitch does occur you will have to make a copy of the receipt to send to them as an attachment for proof of purchase, the pin number from the gift card so they can track it down to see if it has been previously used etc.  Or send them the information from your gift card and the store receipt.  Farmville or rather Zynga is not trying to rip you off… nor is their Customer Service Personnel (That is why they have one...) They are paid to assist you and help you if they can.

Send a polite description of your problem with pictures if you can. Even if it is an empty picture of your gift box… Who cares it is something… They will send you back a ticket number… and respond to your complaint within 48 hours.

Don’t forget to tell them that you have cleared your cache and yes you tried using a different browser.

To file a complaint with Zynga you must send them an e-mail.  Go to the following link if you wish to get your stuff back or at least get an answer back about what they can do to fix the problem.  (Updated April 3, 2011)

Hello, I don't know what to do and writing here. I play FV from the beginnign and a farmville addicted. Last night while I was playing, I sold my sheep pan with 40 unique sheep and rams in it by mistake. I am very sorry about that and even not to play FV. I sent an e-mail, waiting for the answer without hope. Please please help me. I don't want my sheep pan back cause I built a new one but I want my unique sheep and rams. Please help. Thank you very much in advance.

Yes after you reach level 100 you do not get any more cash.. . However Customer Service when asked about it.. lets say your at 101 will give you some cash to make up for it.. in my case.. i have no reason to complain now till I am 126... I think they did that to shut me up.. lol

Only $1?? that is cheesy of them.. I would have sent an e-mail back to complain.. But again.. I spend real money on the game.. so maybe that is why..

IT"S A LIE here is an E-mail from ANA from ZINGA: Nellie, I have checked your account to find the cause of the problem and I found that you are Level 110. I would like you to know that Farmers get $1 Farm Cash as a courtesy, when they Level Up from level 1 to Level 100; when Farmers get to Level 101 they will not recieve Farm Cash anymore. Therefore, I am not able to restore the Farm Cash you requested.

that is strange, I have had one problem, with them not gifting me back the item or doing something so I opened up another ticket number complained about the lack of response/satisfaction over the first one and then it was fixed. Different customer service rep but I was very happy after and was able to re-gift the items they gave me (princess hat issues) back to the farmville community. But overall they have bent over back words as I was able to justify or explain what happened. The important thing is taking a screen shot.. weather it is the missing cash that is missing or the empty spot. Lots of hick ups happen in this game, I know last month they have been overly cautious with all the scams that have been going on tightening the ropes for a bit, but now they seem more relaxed in there approach again. Thinking of Znyga Customer [so called] support. I lost my ferriswheel after placing it only seconds before. So I began the ordeal of trying to get it back. While I was pleading for it, my friend felt bad & gifted me one.Very nice of her however, they decided [I guess because I got one they wouldn't return my origenal.I would have gifted it back to my friend if possible. Cost was I around 47 FV bucks [not sure exactly. BUT I DIDN'T GET IT BACK,,,,,,,,THEY ABSOLUTELY KNEW I LOST IT.

@ Enri, sorry it took me so long to get back to you.. lots of people have been having problems losing their cottages.. gold fv cash and animals... here at GU and my other neighbours that do not go in here.. it has been happening all week.. even my close friends.. sending the customer service link and explaining to them what to do.. They will do something if you were able to catch some sort of picture and give a detailed description of what happend.. frustrating isnt it.. I lost my chocolate heart tree.. poof.. gone... and my tree box.. which was not a big deal.. but I was upset.. you can not buy them in the market anymore.. but they sent two back.. I am sure they can send back the gold to you in your gift box if you gave them a realistic number.. The OSS is to be expected when they come out with new items.. I think it will be worse when they launch the English Farm... and a lot of people are going to be bent out of shape.. not understanding the process..

this has been an ongoing thing for me since the valentines mailbox came out. I tried to put the valentine items i collected by gifts, links, other people's valentines castle and when i placed about 3-4 of them, the OOS pops up, forcing me to restart. Then when i get back on, ALL the valentines pieces i collected disappeared and my mailbox was back to where it was before i started placing them. Same thing is happening to me with the Pot of Gold items. I sent a message to zynga and hopefully they'll be able to help me out. Just wanted to see if anyone else has the same dilemma as me.
