add replytop right of your screen for farmville is a small square with a blimp on it click it for a drop down menu to flip between farms.

Locked to home gifts signifies those items can only be utilized on your original farm.
To navigate from farm to farm: there is an icon located towards the upper right corner adjacent to the stats tab, just click on that balloon with the British flag it, a dropdown menu appears; select: To the English countryside. And vice versa to go home.
