The problem with the Snag Bar is a Facebook issue that is also affecting all of our My Feed pages. We have submitted a bug report to Facebook. Hopefully, they will fix it soon. In the meantime, we are looking to see if there is a way around the bug so we can get everything working again.
For any Snag Bar question or problem you may be having, please visit the Answers to "Where are my snagged items?" and other Snag Bar Questions thread. Read through ALL of the information posted there. If after going through the thread you still have a question or a problem, please post it over there. Make sure to note the last section of the original post over there.
Me too. After leaving it to snag for 6 hours yesterday I got 15 items. I then stopped it and manually grabbed 25 that it had just left on my feeds. I have uninstalled, reinstalled several times. I have gone through all of the trouble shooting and nothing is working. Its not that it won't snag at all, its that it is not snagging as it did before and it is leaving many things that I have checked in my preferences. Somethings like bottles it will grab 1 of 10 on my feed so I know it is not the preference settings.
Same problem here. I get maybe 6 or 7 things. Please fix. Been like this for the past few days. I've reloaded, refreshed, everything possible.
I've been having the same problem for the past week as well. Only grabs things from the past hour or so. Can we get an answer or a fix please????

My SNAG bar is only collecting up to 6 or 7 items only - has ZYnga changed its settings to prevent items from being snagged??? I have uninstalled and re-installed my snag bar 3 times however the problem is persisting - is there an answer out there??
UPDATE: The SNAG bar can snag however you have to stay logged in all day (which is not always convienient to everybody) with SNAGS happening at short sharps bursts of 5 or 6 at a with long intervals between SNAGS - not sure if this helps???
