Super Crops are here!

You can see super crops on the market even if you didn't fully mastered normal crop and in order to enjoy supper crops you need to master one of 9 crops (Pink Asters, Cotton, Strawberry, Grape, Pepper, Watermelon, Yellow Melon, Cranberry and Pumpkin) to lvl3 which is first step to unlocking super version of that crop. Once this task is done you can proceed to step 2 which is getting approval. In order to gain it you have to right click on the mastery sign  (or go to the market and hit the "unlock" button under super crop name) and ask your friends for approval to become "Super Farmer". Customer support confirms that you need "about 6 friends" per crop to enjoy the new feature. You can also unlock them for FV cash (3 FV cash per missing friend). Once you gained all needed aproval you should see something like this:
What those new crops do? They give more coins, more xp, gives bushels and new golden mastery sign. UPDATE Regarding bushels: Super Crops produce bushels for normal ones so Super Pink aster will give pink aster bushels (every time you find a bushel you will gain 4 instead of usual 1). Unfortunately you can't use that bushel to gain additional mastery point for super crops as you could with normal crop.
QUICK UPDATE1 Super Crops are unavalible for Trading post. (You can't order them nor regular version unless the regular was also planted)
QUICK UPDATE2 Super Crops do not count for Co-op jobs atm. Thank you Melissa for the info. (I believe that it may change especially if enough ppl bugs zynga about this)
Super crops on the market

For those who deleted their mastery signs there is a hope. Now you can click the unlock button in the market and you will be taken to new window where you can ask for approval

Super Crops Mastery (Info taken from farmville.wikia.com):
Super Mastery Level 1 - 1000 Coins and 50 XP
Super Mastery Level 2 - 3000 Coins and 150 XP
Super Mastery Level 3 – 10,000 Coins and 500 XP Also after gaining at least one Super Mastery lvl you will be able to send new gift: Seed Package containing 20 seeds for friends that would be unable to plant them yet.

And the difference between normal and supper crops:

The 2 crops closest to the yellow arrow are unfertilized. As you can see the super crops are quite different ;)

UPDATE:
Table comparing normal and super crops.

So the bottom line.. is that all we have is 9 new masteries/crops and nothing else..

Uggg.. was going to ask that question about the bushels.. and i have barely enough to do anything in my spa.. not enough stuff.. and the same on the ec farm.. with regards to the silo i end up giving away all my milk wood and pig manure so it does not clog it up....

@Wendy
I'd say it serves a purpose... With 128 pink aster bushels that poped out I got more pop ups than usual (standard to share, the stall capacity reached so share again, to share perfect bunches and to send special packages with seeds and then I had to go to the stall and share 100 bushels). Which leads me to the conclusion that super crops purpose is to annoy me and other players lol. Oh and it gives us new means to bug other players (approval begging).

Its nice for someone like me to have "new" crops to do as I have mastered everything, but kinda serves no other purpose. The bushel amount you receive is greater, yes, but rather ridiculous. I harvest super pumpkins and got 160 bushels, harvest super cotton and got 180 bushels, and harvested super strawberries and got 210 bushels. With only being able to make 6 things in the spa, and one at a time in the craft shop, the high amount of bushels received doesn't help at all.

No amy gave it to me.. all i do is copy the http.. above.. paste it.. then click on the update button and a new page opens up with the details.. thats it.. come back here and refresh.. everything then is updated..

Picture?type=square

Just had a chat with the support and atm the crops are not avalible in Trading Post. It is unclear if they will be added in the future.

Picture?type=square

Great write up and very informative.. Tks for the info!  So 9 in total thats not that bad!

Picture?type=square

@Teresa
ty for those xp and coins for those crops. Was going to add them but the ugly chart zynga come up put me off a little lol. I'll pobably add the table later (wish i could put an actual table in the post but html doesn't seem to work...) or just make pictures of two versions of crops as I did with pink asters.

Picture?type=square

Here is a breakdown of the xp and coins for the crops :)

Strawberry harvests for 35 coins/1xp and Super is 50 coins/1xp---xp is the same
Cranberry 98/1xp and Super 98/2xp---no extra coins there
Pepper 162/2xp....Super 162/4xp---same amount of coins
Watermelon 348/2xp....Super 400/10xp
Grape 270/2xp...Super 270/4xp---same amount of coins
Pink Aster 130/2xp...Super 165/4xp
Yellow Melon 528/2xp...Super 528/10xp---same amount of coins
Pumpkin 68/1xp...Super 68/2xp---same amount of coins
Cotton 207/2xp...Super 207/3xp---same amount of coins

Also, if you look, the watermelon and yellow melon signs are exactly the same.  I have mastered both and can verify that they are just as pictured.  Only difference is when you mouse over them and one says Watermelon and the other says Yellow Watermelon :/

Picture?type=square

Very nice guide thank you so much for this info.

Picture?type=square

ty Rae ^^ Acording to my math skills mastering Super Yellow Melon using 500 fields will take about 2 months... I don't know what to say to that lol. Maybe they will make an event with free insta grows then.

Picture?type=square

Great job!!

Picture?type=square

Cleaned, added new info and hopefully now it can almost be a proper guide lol ;)

Picture?type=square

@Rosemarie
Now you can unlock them from the market.

Picture?type=square

I would think that would be it but you might contact Zynga and see if they can do anything.

Picture?type=square

what do you do if you sold all your Crop Mastery Signs ?
