Make sure you keep your browsing history and flash clear. Another thing that sometimes helps with the white screen and freezing is to click on your message center (the envelope) and then the market (without opening it. ) I'm not sure why but it sometimes will unfreeze the game . Its also important to keep your flash cache clean by going to this site and clicking the button that says delete all sites.

omg, this is driving me crazy!!!! have to open the game about 50 times before it finally lets me in. when i click on it, it just goes to a white screen and never loads. i have 3 different browers that im trying and none work!!!

i pass loading but in the game everything just freeze and i cant do nothing

Go to your Security Settings page ( > Account Settings > Security)
Click off the Secure Browsing section
Check the box provided and save your changes

Hello, Pioneer friends. I am a player of the game as well and had loading problems.
But, I fixed the problem today and thought to tell you so you can fix it as well - hopefully!

The problem started when I clicked to the button at the top of the page when trying to open the game
which said ''turn on secure browsing'' since that time could not open the game.
If you have done the same you need to "turn off the secure browsing" again by doing this:

Go to your facebook account >Home> :

Go to your Security Settings page ( > Account Settings > Security)
Click off the Secure Browsing section
Check the box provided and save your changes

After that it worked. Hope it works for you too if you had exactly the same problem.

Pls, try that and see if it works.

I to am having problems with the loading of the game. Then when it does load, I keep getting the "refresh" thing coming up constantly. This is getting way tooooo aggrevating!!!!!

not able to play for about a week now will not get past the loading screen

pioneer trail will not load on firefox for me AT ALL! I have not been able to get it to load for several days. I have the current flash player and I have looked all over the net for a solution but have not found one. please HELP!

every time i try to load pioneer trail keeps refreshing.cant do nothing on it 4 d past few days.i love d game but sick of d problems im having on it,oh and i play cafe world an my roasting pit has been on 80 per cent for months now an i have asked 4 hel on tis to an got nothing back ,so im deleting d whole lot not sick of it now

Havnt been able to play since the beginning of November, ive tried three different browsers, updated java and flash, cleared my cookies and sent in a support ticket, i got no reply!!! Dont know what else to do so if anyone comes up with a fix please post it on the forum its really annoying....

I am having the same problem....90% of us are all having the same problem. That is good, ok, I am not alone....but where is the solution? ???????? I want to fix this!!!!!

I've tried deleting temporary files, updating adobe, and using different browsers, but the game still does not load - it gets to about 90% loaded and stops.
