I do not think to many people are going to keep playing this game if they do not make it so you can get what you need. This is the only one I have trouble with so I know it is the game. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it did not work. There are so few of my friends playing it now because of this that I can not finish any of my missions. not even some of the ones that I only need two things on this sucks.
My snagbar will works after I delete it and reimstall it the first time then nothing, But starting yeterday now I dont recieve the gifts it is snagging not sure whats going on. Please help?
OMG the whole "*insert animal* mastery progress" thing that follows me everywhere on my homestead when I'm clicking on trees and trying to click on the rewards from tending these items is getting really annoying and driving me crazy. Can you look into fixing that or tell me what I'm doing wrong and maybe I can fix it?
Nothing snagging for me for days. Spent lots of time following all instructions (reloading, reinstalling, etc) and nothing. HELP!!
I was able to use 1-click to get and send gifts in ftv. .Facebook made their changes and I have lost all of it. Can't use 1-click to get gifts or to chose active friends in the game. re-loaded etc. Nothing is working. Anyone have any ideas?
I uninstalled it and reloaded the snag bar and still is not snagging PT but it works great for Farmville???????
My snag bar was working well until FaceBook's latest change, now I'm not getting any snags....Any suggestions? I tried deleting the tool bar and reinstalling, but it didn't help.....
my snag bar is not working at all, not too sure why either, all of the other parts of it are working, my accept gift 1 click, help others etc. It just is not snagging anything. Any idea? I even reinstalled it, did not work. Thanks in advance.
I'm getting some things, but I am not getting any of the send one/ get one or the send one/get coins for the last couple of weeks. I've reloaded and reinstalled the toolbar, but it didn't fix the problem.
Im lucky if my snagbar picks up 4 things its been about useless for the last 6 months, I dont even bother with it anymore...waste of time

As you may know, Zynga decided to move all FrontierVille users over to Pioneer Trail.
Both the request gifts section for frontierville and the snagbar are currently under maintenance for Frontierville and PioneerTrail.
At this time sending gifts directly should be fine, requesting gifts will be up and down, and responding to gifts requests from GU Frontierville will also be up and down. Likewise for GU Pioneertrail, gifts are still under construction. We know it's the same game but not everyone has converted over to Pioneertrail. Until Zynga gets all of their ducks in a row, pioneer trail gift requests will work better then frontierville gift requests (again, soon to come).
The snagbar for frontierville is still operational and you should not notice a difference as of yet. Pioneer Trail snagging is coming soon! We will post an update as each tool is brought back to full force like you're used to.
