I have been trying to get onto Frontierville/Pioneer Trail since Saturday.  I can finally load my homestead, but can not get on the trail.  I hit the travel button and an hour plus later I am still waiting for it to load.  Am I doing something wrong?  Am I supposed to load or  finish something before I go onto the trail?  I can help friends, but that is it.  Anyones help is greatly appreciated.  I am beyond frustrated.

I can't get into either game...it's stuck at the beginning where it shows the entrance of the two games. It's so frustrating because after sending them an email stating this problem, they want me to update, delete, reinstall etc etc etc. I haven't been able to access the game since last Friday. If this isn't rectified soon, I will just quit the game altogether in which I prefer not..but what choice do I have considering they think the problem is on my end. Shhhheeeesshhhh!!

Hi, I've had the same problem. I have only successfully loaded the game twice in over a week and some of my buildings were missing, I couldn't open any of the missions, or send game requests. I did the usual maintenance, and contacted zynga. They replied that they would get back to me within 18 hours and it's going on the 3rd day and I haven't heard anything. I had to ask for support once before and they were very good with helping me, and had me straightened out in no time. I guess they are just as overwhelmed with this mess as we are but I am starting to get very frustrated. I miss playing my game! lol
I know this isn't much help but wanted to let you know you weren't alone and to find out if you have gotten any answers as to what to do?

There is a support link under your game, click on it, there are a lot of bugs, but I haven't heard of this one yet so you should contact them

I have cleared my cache, but not restarted the computer. I will try it. What is the best way to contact them? I have never done so before. Are they aware of the issue and/or have a time of resolving?

This whole add on is very buggy, have you done the usual maitenance? clear your cache, flash cache, restart the computer and then contact Zynga if it still exists
