Well, i can't give you a website, but i can give you a few tips. If possible, use the formation 4-1-3-2, with DL,2 DC, DR, DMC, 3 DC, 2 ST. This formation helped me to beat 2 level higher players. Don't train your players before a match. Try to watch your matches as much as you can. In your formation, try to have as many players on their positions as you can. You should find the weak point in your team (ie. one player has 2-3 stars), then try to find a good, not old player that you can afford to buy, and then do it. I almost never play friendly matches, it always ends up wearing out my players too much (sometimes get hurt), and then it backfires in a league match. Always have something building on your stadium, it will help later (ie. your players won't get hurt as much). When some players are in a bad mood or a bad condition, feel free to use the condition and morale boosters, especially if the player is your key player. And finally, send your friends gifts, they will return the favor. Hope this all helps you get a kickstart. :D
