Hey.. newb question.. what is snagging?

it shows it is snagging but not getting my stuff that is shows or says it has snagged.. what can I do to fix this?

hi im having rpoblem rafael doesnt make me advance in the game ihave a quest from him from the stranger in the gloom the 10th one ut everything i got o the gloom it tell me i cant go there until i complete the quest ... what quest?

snagging for castleville works

I just joined gamers unite and I am noticing that there are no farmville itemsbeing snagged nor any castleville items. Also how do I get the one click gifts to work . I cant accept any of my gifts and I cant complete any of my game quests. I am so behind in all of them.

I've tried everyone's suggestions and nothing gets 1-Click Gifts working for CastleVille. It looks like it is working, but the next time I use 1-Click Gifts, the same number of gifts are still there and sometimes more gifts. It's just not accepting any gifts in CastleVille at all. I just have to select Ignore All and go into the game to process gifts. It worked for awhile, but after 12/15 I have not been able to get it to work for CastleVille gifts.

can you please make the snag bar work with google chrome??????

i m first time using this .....i m getting cityville all post bonus but in castlville i didnt got anything .........i tried in IE and firefox both but i didnt got anything in castleville what i have to do????????????/ plss help

My snag bar doesn't work on my facebook account but I've got a second FB account and the snag bar snags Castle Ville items....
