game does not load or freezes

since over a week, i can not play hidden chronicles anymore...it is either not loading, or it freezes in the middle of the game, i can not play the games right, couse it takes over a minute to load one game....once it is loadet, i can play it though, i try to emty the cache, i try`d a different browser, i uninstalled chrome and put it back on, i did everything, it is so very slow, it is nomore fun, i can not move things around and so on, does anyone know, what i can do???

Have tried everything I can find on Zynga and the internet to get Hidden Chronicles to load...even tried clicking on the globe and resetting to English as suggested below. Nothing. It's either not loading at all, page will come up but can't get any of the actions to complete or as soon as it loads, it says refresh browser. Over a week now.
Click the globe on the upper right corner (next to the envelope) and select "English". That should unfreeze the game. It worked for me.
dear friends the same happened to me my hidden does not load for more than 1 week.... i did everything and i am fed up.... if you have any other ideas please advise me.... impossible to play and to help my friends.... I AM WAITING FOR ANY SOLUTION

I uninstalled the flash player then rebooted my computer then re-installed the flash player, works fine again :-)
It's very slow for me but I talked to support and they told me to remove and re add the app. This worked but its slow again today ..good luckj
