It's been weeks since I could turn in collections. Even support couldn't fix the problem. The best I could get from them was "real turn it over to our developers for further investigation". That was a month ago. I'm using Firefox but I have IE and Chrome. Same results no matter what browser I use and have uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome, Firefox and Flash

No problem to turn in collections....... But I am not getting Chicken Coop and Inn collectible items.. I use Firefox

I use IE and when I go to do collections, it says facebook isn't responding but in a couple minutes it does respond

A lot of people are experiencing difficutly. I recommend trying to use Google Chrome and clearing your flash cache to see if that will help. You can clear your flash cache by clicking the link below and click the button that says delete all sites. It doesn't work for everyone but a lot of people have been able to solve this issue by doing this.

when ever i turn in a collection it lags, bad. but about 2 or 3 minutes later it works for me. good luck.
