You added VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION to the thread, maybe a dealbreaker!!! The problem might not be in YOUR account, but in all your gaming friends' accos!!! 

Could you add me as friend on Facebook and send a pm to me(I ignore all friend requests per default for now, therefor a pm needed), I'll connect you with one other friend that have had no problems at all, so we can see if two working accos more is all that you need. This will not actually help others right away, but if this works we might have a do-it-yourself fix behind the corner and at least you get to move on!

I'm having the exact same problem: I've asked friends for help to get into the Hidden Tomb, but only one friend help has come through.

I've tried with Google Chrome, IE and Firefox - does not work with any of them. I've also cleared the cache without any results to solving the problem.

I would really like to get this solved, so I can proceed playing the game.

If you answer these questions, I'll take you from there, Mander. :) We bounce off with stuff you can do and see if abything will work.

i have tryed everything but troubleshooting how do you do that i really need help
