Same issue. Something seem to take days before they come through and by then its usually too late i have the items and i am then flooded with them and really dont need :p I seem to ask for alot of things and get very little back. And my friends never got the request. Maybe its the way the game is wired, or maybe they need to fix a few problems..
It happens ALL the time on Sim's Social. I will send out request and not get anything back until I finish the request I requested for. I think Sim's Social wants you to buy the drills, wrenches, hammers and such and have a program that meters how we get what is actually sent to us. Just my theory ... but it sure seems to be that way.

I send out requests every day and I never get anything back.. Well, I get all the OTHER requests from my friends. I asked someone to send me something that I needed and she said she did but I didn't get it. Please tell me I'm not the only one? I can't play the same like this.
