The new 'Get Community Neighbours'

I have a few new of these community neighbours and they have sent me requests for things as my friend neighbours do. How do I ask them for things? I am a bit confused as to how I can do this as I can't seem to see this option.

no matter where I play, I can only send request to community neighbours from the questlines, unfinished buildings and the spell book (they show up under "all") But when trying to ask for help via workshop, studio, kitchen etc there are only "castleville friends" and "likes games". No opion for "all" anymore and I can't ask community for help - is this the "new" way for asking ? (the window that pops up is more into castleville style than the other requesting windows..)

This all comes down to where yo play the game. If you use Zynga.com, you will see you "Z" friends, Facebook friends, and the Community Neighbors in your send request lists. If you play the game in Facebook, all you are gonna see is you Facebook neighbors, but you will get your requests from them. But you will not be able to send requests to them, only Facebook neighbors. One thing I have noticed is that Community Nieghbors seem to come and go unless you add then as a regular neighbor. And also remember you can only send requests to nieghbors every 18 hours. So if you send a bunch of requests out early in the morning, you will just about have to wait till the next day to send again. Just remember to see your Community Nieghbors, you have to use Zynga.com. Also that they come and go, you will see one one time you send requests, but next time they most likley will not be there. I would like to know the answer to Kylie Martin's questions as well. I have received requests from my "Z-friends" and filled them but do not know how to requests items from them in return. This is not the same as the stuff you post on your wall that you need. These are the items that you must specifically ask your friends/neighbors for help. My "Z-friends" are not listed on the bottom of the page where all my other friends/neighbors are either. I don't know that that matters so much as the ability to ask for help to specific "Z-friends."
So far I am under the impression that these community friends only show up in the list for sending requests when I play on Zynga. Playing on Facebook I have never seen them around. But I can't be sure, it is just my impression.
