Yestrady zynga forum banned me forever so I am quiting all facebook games again and sense I well have no support well never play any ever again the issue I am writing about is I was abnned because i found out zynga stores up to 3 GB of data on my PC per game I play and they cencored and refuse to tell us how to remove this data from my PC.

my memery keeps crashing adobe in crashing my laser mouse well not work in game as it's totally messed up my system by running in the back ground it screws up my firefox to the point I have to reboot every single time to play castleville.

does any one know how to find this system killing data so I can remove and block zynga from my PC?

This has spawned some of the most helpful information I have ever found concerning the problem with the zynga games of late! Thank you everyone! (runs off to see if c-cleaner has not been cleaning the flash cache and do that and then to revert to Adobe 11!)

Anyone wanting to clear their flash player Cache can do so via this link:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html

Go through the various tabs and tell it to delete all websites. You should then notice a change in performance on flash sites. With every flash site storing data on your computer it is understandable that performance may decrease over time. Just refresh the cache and move on :)

Yeah, I had to revert to Flash 11 to get the game going again. Once I did that the game was fine. And to delete anything that the game(s) leave on your computer, go into your control panel and look for flash player click on it and when it opens, click to delete all data. It's very simple to do. I'm a girl and I can do it....lol.... I don't mind people speaking their mind, but before you bash anything, make sure you know what you are talking about. Cause if you don't know how to delete the flash player stuff, you don't know much about computers. ( BTW BASH) have a good one with your 3GB.....

@Alan_Attebery: i understand how to clean my browser cache... but how do you clean the Flash Cache? Seems like something we all should be doing occasionally. :)

James, calm down. There is no reason to attack another GU! member like that, especially since she was only trying to give you information related to what you posted.

First of all, there is a problem with the current version of Flash Player. This is not a Zynga issue, but instead an Adobe issue. This problem can affect all sites that have Flash content, though it affects Flash-heavy sites, like Zynga and YouTube, more. You can either revert to an earlier version of Flash or just wait for Adobe to get their act together and get all these problems fixed.

Second, the only thing Zynga stores on your computer are cache files and cookies (the same as all websites). They don't have access to anything else on your computer because no program is installed on your computer which would allow them to store anything else. Just clean your Flash Player Cache and your browser cache, and all the Zynga stuff will be gone.

you were told by zynga? well thats all nice and good if there word meant anything but seeing as they don't keep their word and a fault to tell people their storing 3 GB per game on my PC have an active over aggressive policy of censoring players negative posts banning those who speak out with new and improved rules to help censor and cover morally questionable actions of their employers (monitors) actions. I got banned for a week for posted I was thinking of quieting!

ok so your on zyngas side blowin sun shine so just tell me wwhere the 3GP of data is so I can delete it I plays 3 zynga games and I want the crap OFF MY PC!

I was told by Zynga that there are a few problems with the new flash player and thats why the issue with castleville. I think you bark up wrong tree to just accuse for stuffing computer, just revert to an older version of flash player and then you wont have the problems. It's not zyngas fault, just the game and flash player version isn't as compatible as it should be.
