There is a reap problem with feed items going into the game right now, I have been missing tons of them, I collected 22 bandages on the feed and had 0, zynga knows about this and so far the only answer is to give you the items.  So I think the problem right now is the game

There are three possible reasons for this.

1) You think the snagged items are suppose to go one place on your Homestead when they actually go someplace else. Double check your Homestead to make sure the items you are missing aren't really stored somewhere else.

2) Something is causing the Snag Bar to think it was successful in snagging an item when it really wasn't. This can happen when a game changes something on the pop-up that opens when youc lick a Reward Post link. Manually click the links the Snag Bar says it was successful in getting. If you are able to manually snag the items, then something has been changed in the game that we need to look at. If you click the links and get a message that you have already claimed the item, or some other type of error message, then the problem is not with the Snag Bar.

3) The game isn't properly routing all snagged items to your game. Click links manually, then go to your Homestead. If you can't find the item, then the problem lies with the game. Contact the game's support center for assistance.
