Get the Beef Quest

I need to make a roast beef sandwich to complete the goal Colby's Carryout. ONly problem is the roast beef sandwich is locked on my broiler until I complete the quest "Get the Beef". how do I get this quest going?? It's not showing up in my quest page thing.

It's not the amount of stars you have. You have to do your regular quests the ones you get both at start up and the ones that come after those. I have a primary account and this one. I made this one to help my aunts out when they were just getting started. On my primary account I got the get the beef when I was low 30's level and had 82 mastery stars. I just started completing all of the older non timed missions and it unlocked for me.
for those who are not so high in stars,it appears some quests are impossible!i play with a second account to,well acctually i help my daughter...but she misses her quests cause of having less stars then me...its unfair really to her.
I AM IN THE SAME "CRUISE LINER" AS YOU GUYS I GUESS, BUT I BELIEVE I ALREADY FINISHED THE "GET THE BEEF" QUEST AND STILL HASNT OPENED UP... ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE....
i'm in the same boat as you Miranda. i do agree with Dario though. right now, i'm trying to do so many quests at a time. :D i will let you know if i come across it. please do the same for me.
Don't worry, when you reach a set amount of mastery stars you will unlock the quest from Bello for the roastbeef. Colby quest isn't timed so don't be worried. I suggest you to focus on the timed quest!
